Customers have 30 calendar days from the date of receiving an item to initiate a return. To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Certain items are exempt from being returned: perishable goods, intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, and any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund after inspection. If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if applicable.
